XSLT Introduction

- XSLT stand for eXtensible Stylesheet Language Transformation

- XSLT is used to transform XML file into another XML file. For instance to XHTML to define how to displayed it.

- XSLT allows you to:

- decide which elements to display.

- add/remove elements and attributes

- rearange and sort elements

- perform tests

- XSLT uses XPath commands to navigate through XML document: <xsl:for-each>, <td><xsl:value-of>.
