      - Smart cut and paste: OFF (Do not insert trailing spaces when pasting text)

 

    - Save:

       - Allow background saves: OFF

      - Save autorecovery info: OFF

 

    - General:

      - Update automatic links at Open: OFF

      - Automaticly create drawing canvas...: OFF (Get rid of "Create your drawing here")

      - Measurement Units: Centimeters

      - Web Options – Browsers – Allow PNG as File Format: ON

 

    - Spelling and grammar:

      - Check spelling as you type: OFF

      - Check grammar as you type: OFF

 

    - View:

      - Vertical ruler:  OFF

      - Windows in Taskbar: CHECK (Create icon in task bar for each opened document)

 

    - Security:

      - Macro Security – Security level – Low: ON

 

  - Customize:

    - Always show full menus: ON

 

  - Autocorrect Options:

    - All check boxes in all panes: OFF

    - AutoFormat As You Type – Internet and network paths with hyperlinks: ON

  –   Paragraph – Line and Page breaks – Window/Orphan control: OFF  (split paragraph)

 

- View:

  - Toolbars – Drawing – Draw – Grid – Horizontal spacing: 0,5 cm (Defines minimal space between ruler tabs)
